Next HIGH season rates apply to all MAJOR EVENTS staged in
the low season.
Rates are quoted per person per night in South African Rand and are inclusive
of 14% Value Added Tax.
Rates are subject to confirmation and availability and may
change without prior notice.
The owners and management of District Six Guesthouse cannot
be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions
of the guest occupying the units.
Reservations are subjected to terms and conditions on
check-in
Child Policy:
Children welcome. Baby cot available (at extra daily rate)
Deposit Conditions:
Deposit Payment guarantee required at time of booking (50%
of the total) either by electronic bank transfer or credit card. Balance
strictly payable on arrival at check-in
Cancellation policy:
Bookings which are cancelled or if the guest is a
"no-show" the following terms apply
0-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit
7-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit,
14-30 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.
Bookings cancelled after 30 days are subject to a R250 service fee charge

Check in: after 14:00
Check out: before 10:00
Late/Early arrival charged R150.00 per room for arrivals
before check-in or after 21h00 on check-in day
Midnight or later arrivals charged at R250 per room (between 00H00 - 5h00am)
